Provillus for Women treats hair loss due to female pattern baldness. It consists of a two-part hair loss treatment plan. There is a topical solution, which is applied to your scalp twice a day (morning and night). There are also supplement capsules that you take once a day.
The active ingredient in the topical solution is Minoxidil (2%), which is a FDA-approved hair re-growth treatment for women. Provillus claims that in clinical trials, Provillus for Women has been proven to be an effective hair re-growth solution for some women. It does not work in all cases.
Provillus for Women is only used to treat hair loss in the top of the scalp (vertex/crown) and is not used to treat those suffering from patchy hair loss. Also, there is some question as to whether the ingredients in the Provillus for Women supplements actually help re-grow hair. However, the active ingredient in the Provillus hair loss treatment topical solution has been shown to promote hair re-growth.

If you are not satisfied after using it, there is a 90-day refund policy for Provillus for Women, but only for unused and unopened product. Be forewarned that they will charge you a restocking fee of $10 for each returned item. This is a bit much, but it is there policy, not ours.
Verdict:
Provillus for Women works in some cases, but not all. If you have hair loss at the top of your head (vertex/crown), then this may be a good option for you.
